From small individual pieces of bar, sheet or plate, to large contract orders, we’re able to process our materials so they are ready for you to use, enabling us to provide material closer to our customer’s finished machine sizes to lower your costs and reducing lead times.

 

Our state-of-the-art CNC metal bar cutting gives cutting-edge accuracy on all metals up to 20” diameter. Our machines combine solid mechanical engineering and innovative control technology with one sole purpose – the smoothest possible saw band operation for high cutting precision.

Our Tyro plate saw can cut material up to 6” in thickness, and we keep full plate stock on the shelf to cut into billets, square and rectangular pieces, discs and rings. The precision of our plate saws helps minimise material waste, as cuts can be optimised to maximise the use of the metal plate, which is economically beneficial and environmentally friendly.
